Ignite IT Announces Promotion of David O’Neil to President

David has been a cornerstone of Ignite IT’s leadership team, serving as both a partner and executive in the roles of Chief Growth Officer and most recently Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he has played a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening executive oversight across key customer portfolios. His leadership has helped position Ignite IT as a trusted and proven partner to multiple federal agencies and has contributed directly to the company’s continued expansion and market success.
In his new role as President, David will work closely with Steven Pichney, Ignite IT’s CEO, to advance Ignite IT’s corporate strategy and long-term vision. He will lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances, while continuing to drive business development and pipeline growth.
