A proven leader and business executive with twenty-five years of experience in the GovCon Industry. Throughout his career he has been recognized for leading and delivering tangible results in Business Operations, Business Development, Program Management, Marketing, and Talent Management.  As a member of the Executive Leadership team, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new business growth and talent strategies across the organization, which have resulted in Ignite’s place as one of the fastest growing IT solution firms in the country.

Andy brings a diverse set of experiences in IT leadership to his role at Ignite and has successfully led large teams as they progress through their adoption of enterprise-scale cutting edge technologies. Having spent most of his 20-year career in the Federal Technology space, Andy is better than anyone at identifying solutions, leading teams, and focusing on getting our customers where they want to go from an information technology perspective. Through Andy’s leadership, Ignite’s supported programs have grown to new heights and been nominated for a variety of industry awards.

Over his 20+ year career, Avo has brought expert advisory services to both SaaS companies and large government customers through his expert advisory on enterprise strategy, technology, and innovations. Having headed up strategic and application consulting services for such entities, Avo leads the Technical Consulting Engagements with customers and oversees many of our large, enterprise-scale service delivery projects.

Joey leads Ignite’s Business development team and provides expertise in Agile development and delivery to strategic resources across Ignite IT programs. Joey leads the marriage of Ignite’s business development programs to the company’s culture and delivery methodologies, ensuring that customers receive not only the best-in-class services that Ignite provides, but also resources and assets that integrate seamlessly with government teams to provide maximum production efficiency.

As our Senior Director of Programs, Bethany brings over 25 years of proven expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, and program management. She understands that successful IT service delivery for the Federal Government demands not only technical excellence, but also the ability to lead complex, mission-critical initiatives with precision. Known for her decisive leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Bethany has built high-performing teams that consistently deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions. Her career spans cloud infrastructure, network operations, Agile delivery, and security compliance—driving innovation while ensuring reliability. Above all, she is dedicated to advancing the missions of the agencies she serves.

As Ignite’s Chief Architect, Alan is a proven leader on large, high-complexity product families, and he focuses on ensuring alignment between Government Product Managers and Ignite’s robust delivery teams. Alan seamlessly merges business requirements with iterative software delivery solutions to drive our customers’ missions forward. Throughout his 22 years in the federal space, Alan has delivered successful product development, architecture, and management services to a variety of customers, including DHS, DoD, and more.

Ignite’s Chief Digital Officer, Aaron enables the adoption of leading-edge software best practices, solutions, and industry-best technologies and tools while removing impediments to Ignite’s internal and programmatic DevSecOps pipeline, as well as our innovative delivery methodologies. With over 20 years of experience in software development/delivery and AI solutions, Aaron is perfectly positioned to assist our customers as they drive towards modern, future-proofed solutions in their software, as well as ensuring that Ignite continues our growth-focused, technologically progressive path.

Amber leads Ignite IT’s Human Resources operations, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. With over 15 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, she brings expertise in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll management, and corporate operations. Amber plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with Ignite IT’s culture and mission, fostering an environment where employees thrive and deliver exceptional results.

Our Principal Cloud Architect, Ho understands that modern solutions for our customers include the ability to access applications from anytime, anywhere. By employing innovative cloud-based solutions, architecture, and storage, Ho provides the management and oversight necessary to fully support the men and women of the Federal Government, wherever they (and the applications they use) may be. Ho has spent much of his twenty-year career ensuring that he stays abreast of the newest developments in cloud architecture and has led a variety of complex efforts dealing with cloud modernization, new architecture, and migrations.

Geoffrey is Ignite’s Security SME and works within established and upcoming programs to apply innovative, cutting-edge security protocols to design, architecture, and development teams supporting Customer Missons. In his role, Geoffrey focuses on developing and implementing strategic security protocols, balancing customer needs and business practices with the increasing need for security infrastructure in the modern world.

Adrienne has 20+ years of experience in accounting and financial management – bringing a wealth of expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.  Throughout her career, she has had leadership roles as Controller, CFO and Director. Using her deep understanding of financial systems and reporting to provide accurate, data-driven insights, Adrienne is able to help organizations with financial strategies that enhance stability and long-term success.
