Alliant 2

GSA’s premier enterprise GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions that includes a $50 Billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option.

The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract, and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002.

JETS

Provides the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, across the DLA IT Enterprise.

Support will be provided for IT solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance and technical support; and lifecycle management. Additionally, the contract provides administrative program management support for IT program offices and DLA Information Operations (J6) Office.

While this SOW identifies the general service areas, the suite of resulting contracts and subsequent task orders are intended to satisfy the full range of IT related requirements within these areas of services.

RS3

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3). RS3 is a $37.4 billion 10-year IDIQ contract with 261 prime vendor awards.

There are 65 large prime vendors and 196 small business vendors. The RS3 vehicle is a consolidation of two previous contract vehicles: Strategic Services Sourcing (S3), and Rapid Response 3rd Generation (R2-3G).

It covers services to support command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems, also known as C4ISR. The objective of the vehicle is to support the lifecycles of those systems as efficiently as possible.

CHESS

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle structured to provide the full range of IT services and solutions to the Federal Government.

ITES-3S is managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

ENCORE III

Provides the DoD and Federal agencies a full spectrum of IT services and solutions ranging from engineering development to full sustainment under two suites of multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts valued at $17.5B supporting a 10-year ordering period.

There is a broad IT scope and breadth of vetted experience, streamlined processing and aggressive lead times, and confidence associated with receipt of competitive proposals from recognized industry leaders. Further, ENCORE III has remained a steadfast leader taking initiative in ensuring competitive costs and high-level experience qualifications.

With a total of twenty contractors in each Suite (Full & Open and Small Business), ENCORE III offers a vetted ability to provide requiring agencies with a significant breadth and depth of commodity IT services, experience, and capability.
