Internal promotions and new leadership hires strengthen operational, financial, and people leadership as Ignite scales across the federal landscape.
CORAL SPRINGS, FL | September 17, 2026 | Ignite IT, a rapidly growing federal technology and digital modernization company, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team to support the company’s continued growth across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and federal mission technology. As Ignite continues to scale, the company is strengthening its executive and operational leadership to support a larger and increasingly complex organization.

Adrienne Gaydosh has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer, reflecting her expanded leadership role overseeing Ignite’s accounting organization and helping build the financial infrastructure required to support the rapidly expanding growth at Ignite IT.
Amber Barnes has been promoted to Chief People Officer and will now lead Ignite’s people strategy as the company expands its workforce, develops talent, strengthens employee engagement, and builds the organizational capabilities required to support a growing federal technology business.
Ignite is also welcoming Lauren Thompson, previously at Capital One, as Director of Business Operations. In this new role, Thompson will work across the company to support business operations, strategic initiatives, process improvement, and the continued development of the operational infrastructure needed as Ignite grows.
